Rally's wasn't planned as a destination — it grew out of a simple belief that the best parts of a day happen in the spaces between: the coffee before the rush, the drink after, the conversation that stretches longer than anyone expected.

We opened our doors on North 6th Street with a two-part promise: serve something worth savoring, and make sure everyone who walks in feels like they belong. That hasn't changed. Morning regulars know our baristas by name. Evening guests know the tap list by heart. And the booth by the window? That's still someone's favorite seat.
